Before the data gets to you, it has come by our shop. In there we have replaced all the PHI with un-decodable SER-Codes.
The patient name is typically not on the dataset. If it were,
this is what its SER-codes might look like.
Our process of sending data to you is simple. You can choose to receive
it monthly or quarterly. Once processed by us, the rebate procedure has become manageable.
- Your customers send Utilization data to us.
- We then process the data and send it to you - right in your email inbox.
- You review the rebate analysis data in MS Excel format.
- You approve by clicking just one push button - right on the spreadsheet.
- Your data goes right into your A/P (if you implement the RxAdapter data conversion program).
- Your A/P people can make your customer happy with a prompt payment.
Additionally, every month, you receive customized reports and charts showing your rebates and effects on sales.
